What a difference a day makes. No cold or rain during the ride. It was sunny and 65 this morning. We were surprised by the strength of the wind. 6 mph were predicted but it turned out to be double that. Fortunately it dissipated later in the day. Once again we were on highway 200, this time for 57 miles. The shoulder was narrow most of the day. Tractor trailers whizzed by at 70 plus mph . It was quite unnerving at times. The landscape became more mountainous through the ride. We did go through Belt, a nice little town surroundedby foothills. The KOA in Great Falls is top notch. Great tenting area and super clean bathrooms with showers. Boy do we appreciate that. No flies at dinner either. We did have a surprise rain storm at dinner time but it was short. Great day overall.
