Just another beautiful windy day in Montana. Partly cloudy skies with temps in the 70s made for a good day. 15 mph crosswinds that sometimes became headwinds made the 70 mile day seem a bit longer. At the start we crossed the Missouri River and biked a path parallel to it. The landscape looked like big sky country as farms stretched to the horizon. We biked through the the town of Brady which had a convenience store and two bars and not much else. We did see a stockyard that is used for auctions. Conrad is a much larger town but unfortunately we had no time to explore.
