The morning started out we us meeting our dear friend, Niles Woods. We met him on our Northern Tier ride last year. Niles volunteers at the Alaska Performing Arts Center. He arranged a private tour for us with Erin, the manager of 350 volunteers and Cindy, the Chief officer of the center. We were allowed to view all three theatres, the largest of which seats over 2,000 guests. We viewed a 42 minute movie on the Northern Lights in Sydney Laurence Theatre. We then had lunch at the Moose Tooth Theatre before renting bicycles and cycling Moose Loop, a 35 mile ride around the outskirts of Anchorage. Moose Loop was well named as we saw a moose on the trail. Our day ended with dinner at the Brew House with Niles and his wife Martha.
