Sept 3, Day 81, Panhandle Campground, Ruby, WA

We left Sandpoint, Idaho and headed for Ruby, Washington, about 72 miles down the road.   It was overcast and in the 60s but comfortable.   It was a similar scenic view as previous days with forested mountains with lakes and rivers.   We entered Washington, our 15th and last state of the tour.  The only excitement was when two large black dogs chased Laura.   Fortunately she was able to out run them.  We also rode through the Kalispell Indian Reservation.   Our campground is right on the Ponteray River.  It is a primitive site with pit toilets and no electricity or showers.
