Laura was up all night in the bathroom. She thinks she got some sort of food poisoning. She was totally drained this morning. My bike needed the wheel repaired so we shuttled to a bike shop in Bath, Maine. They were great and repaired my wheel and fixed Laura's derailleur hanger. The 65 mile day turned out to be an easy one for us as we shuttled into camp.
