After flying all night we landed in Buenos Aires mid-morning. Our Viking cruise friends picked us up at the airport and took us to the Intercontinental Hotel. Check in was not until 4:00 pm so we wandered the streets to see what Buenos Aires was all about. Our hotel is in the business district so there are not a lot of fine restaurants close by so we chose to eat at the hotel. The rib eye and eggplant was a welcome meal compared to the airplane food we were given. We wandered around the hotel and retired early since we did not get much sleep on the airplane.
